‘First Fridays Music’ event is cancelled
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- The First Fridays Music at Morris concert set for Friday, May 2, at Southern Illinois University Carbondale is cancelled.
The free, public lunchtime concert series featured performances by a number of students and faculty during the 2013-2014 school year. The concert is cancelled as students focus on upcoming final exams.
The popular musical showcase will return this fall with a new lineup of performances beginning Oct. 3.
