Law school program examines the Holocaust
A program later this month at the SIU School of Law will examine the Holocaust.
Holocaust survivor Margot Schlesinger, a member of “Schindler’s List,” will speak via videoconference about her experience in Nazi concentration camps during World War II. The program begins at 6 p.m., April 29, in the Hiram H. Lesar Law Building Auditorium.
The event is free and the public is invited.
After the presentation “A Conversation with Holocaust Survivor Margot Schlesinger,” Dean Cynthia L. Fountaine will present “The Law of the Holocaust.”
A reception will follow. The Decalogue Society of Lawyers, a registered student organization, is presenting the program.
