‘Pasolini’s Last Words’ screening is Feb. 28
‘Pasolini’s Last Words,’ a look at Pier Paolo Pasolini, considered one of Italy’s most important filmmakers, author and poets, is at 4:30 p.m., Feb. 28, in the Communications Building Soundstage, room 1116.
Admission is free and open to the public. This 2012 film by Cathy Lee Crane combines staged and archival material and looks at Pasolini’s murder in 1975 alongside texts he published or left unfinished during the last year of his life.
The screening is possible by the SIU Student Fine Arts Activity Fee.
