Discussions on student learning outcomes set
The Campus-Wide Assessment Committee invites faculty, staff and graduate students to presentations on the assessment of student learning outcomes Feb. 24-25.
Nathan Lindsey, assistant vice provost for assessment at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and Andrew “Drew” Bergerson, professor of German history at UMKC, will be on campus all day Feb. 24 and until noon on Feb. 25.
Bergerson and Lindsey, along with Michelle McLernon, Dawn Null and Chad Briggs of Student Health Services, and Christi McIntyre, assistant professor and coordinator of the Early Childhood Program in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, are the invited panelists for a brown bag roundtable discussion at 11:30 a.m., Feb. 24, in Morris Library, room 752. McLernon coordinates the AlcoholEdu program, Briggs coordinates assessment data including NCHA, Core, and AlcoholEdu, all of which guide the Campus Healthy Campus 2020 Coalition chaired by Null.
Registration information and additional details about the discussions and the people leading them are available on the Office of Assessment and Program Review website or by contacting Sharon Walters, assistant director at 453-5669.
