Faculty/staff can attend Saturday’s game at reduced price
Faculty and staff are invited to attend the Saluki men’s basketball game on Saturday, Dec. 21 against Ball State at a special discounted price. The Salukis host Ball State at 2:05 p.m. at the SIU Arena.
Tickets can be purchased for $8 with proof of university ID; a savings of $7 per tickets. Tickets may be purchased at the SIU Ticket Office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 12:30 p.m. to game time on Saturday.
As a special treat for all fans, Santa Claus will be in the SIU Arena’s east lobby before the game, and kids can visit with Santa and have their pictures taken for no additional charge. All kids who visit Santa will receive a complimentary candy cane. Santa will also be present at the SIU men’s and women’s basketball doubleheader on Dec. 23.
