Fukunishi to deliver visiting artist lecture on Wednesday
Visiting artist Takeshi Fukunishi will discuss his work during a glass art lecture at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 20, at University Museum. Fukunishi, a visiting glass scholar from Japan, has been working with SIU students during his fall semester residency.
Fukunishi has studied with and assisted several of the foremost glass blowers, has taught at some of the most prestigious glass schools, and has shown his work extensively around the world.
