Graduate and professional school fair is Nov. 1
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- For those whose next logical step is more education, the graduate and professional school fair hosted by Career Services at Southern Illinois University Carbondale offers a huge array of possibilities.
The fair runs 1-4 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1, in the Student Center ballrooms. Admission is free and pre-registration is not necessary.
Those who attend have the option of picking up in-depth information about what SIU Carbondale has to offer. The Graduate School itself will have a representative on hand, and so will more than a dozen departments, colleges and graduate and professional programs.
Representatives from other universities will also be on hand with information about their programs. More than 30 graduate schools and professional schools, including medical, law and business schools, will have representatives available to talk with students. In addition, representatives from the Peace Corps-Master’s International Program and several seminaries will be on hand.
