Everyone welcome at Family Weekend Tailgate
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Everyone is welcome to join in the celebration at Southern Illinois University Carbondale’s Family Weekend Tailgate.
The tailgate will be from 3 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24, in the Saluki Family Tents on Saluki Row, at the north side of the SIU Arena near the Troutt-Wittmann Center. The Saluki Family Association, Undergraduate Admissions and University Housing are sponsoring this afternoon of free food, games and prizes. Salukis, family and friends of all ages can enjoy the festivities prior to the 6 p.m. football game when the men in maroon take on the Missouri State Bears.
