‘We Serve Expectations’ employee workshop set
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Change is inevitable but a positive attitude does make a difference.
“We Serve Expectations” is a free workshop Sept. 1 for all Southern Illinois University Carbondale faculty and staff offering information about creating a positive environment for the enhancement of the University. The Labor and Employee Relations session is at the Student Health Center, Room 111-112 from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
Carol Fisher, workforce learning and development officer, will discuss how we must act to sustain and enhance SIUC as changes occur and offer tools to create a positive environment. She’ll focus on service awareness, self-management and delivering great service. She will highlight how what we do impacts others and offer ideas for meeting the expectations of those we serve.
Participants can send an RSVP email to Fisher at cefisher@siu.edu if planning to attend or register when they walk in.
