Aug. 11 workshop focuses on customer service

CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Good customer service hinges on the people providing it.

“One Call -- One Voice -- One Chance” is a free Aug. 11 workshop for all Southern Illinois University Carbondale faculty and staff offering valuable information about delivering good customer service. The Labor and Employee Relations session is at Parkinson Laboratory, Room 107, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
