CARBONDALE, Ill. -- The SIU Leadership Conference is a student-led event at Southern Illinois University Carbondale offering students an opportunity to expand their leadership skills, learn, interact with others and much more.
The program, from the Student Involvement and Leadership Development unit of Student Life and Intercultural Relations, is set for Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 on the SIUC campus. The conference executive board is now seeking proposals from students, faculty, staff and community members who are interested in presenting interactive and informative programs for students participating in the conference. The presentations will take place between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Oct. 1.

Presenters can be individuals or small groups, and workshops can be lectures, group activities, interactive discussions and more. The goal is providing an enriching leadership training and development experience for SIUC students.
