Media Advisory -- Patriotic Employer Award
Reporters, photographers and camera crews are welcome to attend a ceremony today (March 19) at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where the University, along with four faculty and staff members will receive Patriotic Employer Awards for the support of SIUC students and staff serving in the military.
The ceremony is at 4 p.m. in the Chancellor’s Office in Anthony Hall. Among those attending will be Chancellor Samuel Goldman, the four award recipients, and James A. Osberg, the employer outreach representative for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.
