Art and Design seeks entries for ‘PPP#7’ exhibit
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- The School of Art and Design at Southern Illinois University Carbondale seeks submissions for the Seventh Annual Process-Performance-Projection (PPP#7) exhibit.
The one-night show/exhibit is for members of the SIUC community to share new or experimental work in alternative media. In the past, representative departments on campus have included the School of Art and Design, School of Music, the Department of Theater, Department of Speech Communication, and the College of Mass Communication and Media Arts.
The exhibit is open to faculty, graduate and undergraduate students from anywhere on campus. Submissions must include a $5 entry fee per submission. The fee money goes to cover promotional and event costs.
Submissions are due Oct. 30 at 3 p.m. at the School of Art and Design. The exhibition runs Nov. 10-13, with a closing reception (and performance time) from 6 to 9 p.m. on Nov. 13.
