Summer commencement schedule set
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Southern Illinois University Carbondale’s summer 2009 commencement ceremonies are set.
Ceremonies will be over a three-day period, Aug. 7-9, with all ceremonies at Shryock Auditorium. The schedule is as follows:
Friday, Aug. 7
- 7 p.m. -- Doctoral degree candidates and SIU School of Law.
Saturday, Aug. 8
- 8:30 a.m. -- College of Liberal Arts.
- 11:30 a.m. -- College of Applied Sciences and Arts.
- 2:30 p.m. -- Master’s degree candidates.
- 5:30 p.m. -- College of Business.
Sunday, Aug. 9
- Noon -- College of Agricultural Sciences; College of Engineering; College of Mass Communication and Media Arts, and College of Science.
- 3 p.m. -- College of Education and Human Services.
