RSS names Soderman a Leadership Team Member
Soderman, of Pardeeville, Wis., is a graduate assistant for facilities.
Soderman is currently pursuing his master’s degree in recreation. The son of Kris Olson and Buzz Soderman, he earned his bachelor’s in education with a double major in physical education and geography. RSS has employed Soderman for more than a semester.
“Dustin Soderman is the consummate team player,” said Corné Prozesky, assistant director of facilities for Recreational Sports and Services. “He excels in communicating with fellow employees and is unwavering in pressure situations. He is truly the epitome of dedication. He is always ready to lend a hand in areas of need and we are very proud to be able to work alongside him. Dustin’s professionalism exceeds any and all expectations. He accomplishes numerous projects with momentum and with superior results.
“He is a friend and confidante to his peers and subordinates,” Prozesky added. “I am proud to work alongside Dustin.”
Soderman plans for a career in campus recreation. He said ideally, he’d like to pursue that career back in the upper Midwest where he’s from.
