The regular meeting of the Clean Coal Review Board scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 17, at the Illinois Coal Development Park in Carterville has been moved to the district office of state Rep. Dan Reitz, 128A W. Main, Sparta. The meeting begins at 10 a.m.
