St. Louis alumni chapter hosts evening at Muny
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- The St. Louis Chapter of the Southern Illinois University Alumni Association invites all Southern Illinois University Carbondale alumni to an evening at The Muny.
St. Louis alumni host “Under the Stars: Night at The Muny” on June 21. Alumni and guests gather for a back-stage tour of the renowned outdoor theater at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The evening culminates with a production of “The Producers” on stage at 8:15 p.m.
Seating for the alumni is in the lower terrace B seating. For members tickets are $40, and for non-members they are $45. Cost includes the tour, dinner and event ticket. Dinner is steamed fresh asparagus asiago, parmesan-crusted chicken breast, tomato, artichoke and bell peppers ragu, sauce maltaise with dessert du jour.
Alumni, students and friends of SIUC may join the SIU Alumni Association. Annual membership is $40 per year. Life membership is $500, and installment plans are available. Students may join for only $15 a year.
