Association to host pre-game picnic April 25
CARBONDALE, Ill. — Alumni and friends of Southern Illinois University Carbondale are invited to a picnic prior to the SIUC vs. St. Louis University baseball game on April 25.
Saluki fans can enjoy a picnic at 6 p.m. at GCS Ballpark in Sauget, located on Interstate 255, off exit 15. The menu includes hot dogs, hamburgers, pulled pork, side dishes, refreshments and a cash bar.
Game time is 7 p.m. Food and beverages will be served through the second inning.
The price, which includes the picnic and game ticket, is $14 per person for SIU Alumni Association members; non-members pay $18 per person. Tickets will be distributed in front of the stadium.
