Association will host hospitality suite in St. Louis
CARBONDALE, Ill. — Alumni, students, and friends of Southern Illinois University Carbondale are invited to social events during the Missouri Valley Conference basketball tournament, March 1-4 in St. Louis.
The SIU Alumni Association is hosting a hospitality suite at the Hilton at the Ballpark in downtown St. Louis. Guests will gather in the Lindbergh Room on the main floor prior to each SIU game and after each Saluki win. On Friday, March 2, Saluki fans can stop by the hospitality suite from 9 to 11 a.m. to socialize before the 12:05 p.m. game.
Guests can enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages and shop for the newest Saluki apparel designs at the SIU Alumni Association store, located in the hotel across from the hospitality suite. Members are invited to enter drawings for prizes. Members are asked to bring their membership cards with them. Non-members can join the SIU Alumni Association on site.
Membership is open to alumni, students, and friends of the University. Individual annual alumni membership is $40. Individual life alumni membership is $500 and installment plans are available. Current students can join the SIU Alumni Association for a special rate annual of $15.
