Commencement weekend is May 11-12 - Rooms at Touch of Nature lodge still available
CARBONDALE, Ill. — Soon-to-be Southern Illinois University Carbondale graduates who are still searching for commencement weekend accommodations for their friends and family can check out the Touch of Nature Environmental Center's Little Grassy Lodge.
SIUC's spring 2007 commencement exercises are Friday and Saturday, May 11-12.
The lodge — located eight miles south of Carbondale on Giant City Road — has 15 rooms available. Each room has two twin beds, a private bath, telephone, and clock/radio. There are no televisions.
Rooms cost $64.38 per night.
