Turfgrass Field Day set for Oct. 10
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- The 26th annual Turfgrass Field Day is set for Oct. 10 at the Southern Illinois University Carbondale Horticulture Research Center. Participants will see the largest vermicompost production facility in the country and learn about the technology and possible applications of this ecologically friendly method of recycling. Along with this seminar, the field day will include a turf research tour, a tour of horticultural research projects and lunch. Vendors are welcome to display their products during the day.
