SIUC to offer food service refresher course
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Southern Illinois University Carbondale will offer a food service sanitation refresher course in September.
This refresher course is intended to meet the needs of certified food service sanitation managers seeking renewal of their five-year certificates prior to the expiration date. You will study food-borne illnesses and food safety-related issues in a small class setting. The course will meet Saturday, Sept. 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at SIUC, Pullium Hall, Room 119.
