The fee for the course is $95 and includes all materials. The course will meet April 9 and 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Pulliam Hall, Room 118.

The second is a refresher course intended to meet the needs of certified food service sanitation managers seeking renewal of their five-year certificates prior to the expiration date. Students will cover food-borne illnesses and food safety-related issues in a small class setting.

The fee for this course is $40 and includes all materials. The course will meet April 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., also in Pulliam Hall, Room 118.
