Course covers fundamentals of investing
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- If you feel baffled by the very idea of investing your money, Southern Illinois University Carbondale can help.
The six-week course, Fundamentals of Investing, will help answer questions about the fundamentals of investing and examine some of the reasons people fail to meet investment goals. It will also provide an in-depth look at the types of investments available to and suitable for investors either working or retired.
The course is available from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays, Sept. 7-Oct. 12, at Pulliam Hall. The $35 fee includes the textbook.
