SalukiTech hours will change July 1
With fewer students, faculty and staff on campus this summer, SalukiTech is shortening service hours.
Starting Saturday, July 1, service associates will be in the SalukiTech Call Center to answer telephone, “live chat,” and/or email questions from 6 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Friday, and from noon to 5 p.m., on Saturday and Sunday.
Another option to receive help is creating a ticket in the SalukiTech Help Portal -- a ticketing system where customers can log questions, problems, or needs. Help tickets can be entered at any time; however, questions that come in after standard call center hours will be addressed the next day.
You can also get help or have a device repaired at the SalukiTech Service Center window, located on the first floor of Morris Library. Service center hours are from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, and 1 to 9 p.m. on Sunday. The service center is closed on Saturday. The SalukiTech team will check your device in for a diagnostic assessment when you visit the service center. Customers receive an estimate before any work begins if there is a need for repairs.
