Office of Equity and Compliance sponsors training sessions

The Office of Equity and Compliance will be sponsoring three open-campus training sessions later this month. All sessions are in Morris Library combination rooms 752 and 754. 

Dates and topics are: 

• 9 a.m., Tuesday, March 21 – Disability/Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) training. The focus is on the rights and responsibilities of the campus community in regards to the ADA. 
• 2 p.m., Wednesday, March 22 – Advanced sexual harassment training. The training will concentrate on definitions of sexual harassment along with details of campus policies and procedures.
• 9 a.m., Thursday, March 23 -- Non-discrimination policy training. The training will focus on legalities of discrimination, including the definitions of discrimination, protected status, and the elements required to support discrimination claims.
