Office of Equity and Compliance sponsors training sessions

The Office of Equity and Compliance will be sponsoring three open-campus training sessions this week. All sessions are from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in Morris Library combination rooms 752 and 754. 

Dates and topics are: 

• Tuesday, Feb. 14 – Advanced sexual harassment training. The training will concentrate on definitions of sexual harassment along with details of campus policies and procedures.
• Wednesday, Feb. 15 -- Non-discrimination policy training. The training will focus on legalities of discrimination, including the definitions of discrimination, protected status, and the elements required to support discrimination claims.
• Thursday, Feb. 16 -- Disability/Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) training. The focus is on the rights and responsibilities of the campus community in regards to the ADA.
