Employees will be honored for service, commitment
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Southern Illinois University Carbondale Interim Chancellor Brad Colwell will recognize 358 employees for their service to the university in a ceremony and reception Friday, Dec. 2, in Student Center Ballroom D.
The ceremony begins at 8:30 a.m. Registration starts at 8 a.m. in the John W. Corker Lounge.
The event will honor employees with 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 55 years of service to SIU Carbondale. The employees have a combined total of 6,195 years of service to the university. Four employees have 40 years of service and one has 55 years of service.
