Upgraded SalukiNet to stand alone Nov. 1
The upgraded SalukiNet, featuring an easy-to-use portal, useful on all devices, will stand alone beginning Nov. 1.
The new SalukiNet has been running parallel with the previous version during October and has performed “exceptionally well,” according to the Office of Information Technology.
The new version will be useful on all devices – including smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops. “Mobile Dawg” content will also roll into the new portal.
The sleek, icon-driven tool will allow students, faculty and staff the ability to quickly find and access the resources they need and use most often. One tap of the user-friendly icons will take users directly to specific information, allow them to find and review records, or land at a point to start a task. This new tool will not change any of the information or tasks now accessed through SalukiNet, and will make it easier to find information such as how to register for classes, determine financial aid status, or pay a bursar bill.
