Holiday Buffet set at Old Main Restaurant
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- The Holiday Buffet at Southern Illinois University Carbondale’s Student Center on Dec. 10 offers a chance to celebrate the season in fine culinary style.
The public and University community are welcome. Serving in the Old Main Restaurant is from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The menu features roast baron of beef, cranberry glazed Cornish game hens, Delmonico potatoes, caramelized onion whipped potatoes with mushroom Jus lie, candied carrots with pecans and fresh vegetable medley. The $7.29 buffet also includes the all-you-can-eat soup and salad bar. Drinks are extra. Choose from a variety of assorted festive desserts for $2.95.
Old Main Restaurant accepts all major credit cards, cash, SIUC meal cards and Debit Dawg. Alumni Association members receive a 10 percent discount upon display of their membership cards.
