Media Advisory -- Hino Motor Sales Gift
Hino Motor Sales, USA, a Toyota Group Company, will be at Southern Illinois University Carbondale’s campus in Carterville on Tuesday, Sept. 15, for a ceremony to present a gift to the Department of Automotive Technology. The announcement is set for 10 a.m. in Building 2818, Automotive Drive, at the Carterville campus.
To get to the Carterville location from Carbondale, take Illinois 13 to the Carterville Crossroads. Turn right on Division Street, turn left on old Illinois 13 to the Carterville campus. At the entrance to the campus turn right on Wolf Creek Road, turn left onto Administration Drive, and then turn right onto Automotive Drive. Building 2818 is the third building on the left (east) side of the road.
Among those present at the ceremony will be Jack Greer, Department of Automotive Technology chair, Dan Corey, technical service manager, Hino Trucks, the College of Applied Sciences and Arts Dean’s Office, and automotive technology faculty and students.
