Academic promotions go to 28 faculty members
Academic promotions have been awarded to 28 University faculty members. Promotions will take effect with next year's contract.
Tenure awards, ratified April 11 by the SIU Board of Trustees and effective Aug. 16, have been granted to 18 faculty members, including 13 of those who won promotions.
