‘Coffee With a Cop’ is Wednesday

The last “Coffee With A Cop” event for the semester is from 9:45 to 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 9, at the north end of the Student Center. Panera Bread is providing the coffee, and the “Cop” is with the SIU Department of Public Safety. The setting provides an informal and neutral location to discuss community issues, build relationships and drink coffee. The event is a return to police officers and the community getting to know each other at times other than just during emergencies.
