‘Workout Wednesday’ centers on social wellness

The WellSIU “Workout Wednesday” from noon to 2 p.m., Feb. 25, will focus on social wellness. To learn more about social wellness and how to improve, visit the Thompson Point Fitness Center in Lentz Hall. During that time, any faculty, staff or retiree will have the opportunity to use the facility for free.
