Herreman toured the United States, Europe and Japan worked alongside Prince as a keyboard programmer and studio technician in 1986 and 1987. It was during this time that Prince released “Sign ‘o the Times,” one of his most critically acclaimed albums, which included the title track and hits including “U Got the Look,” and “I Could Never Take the Place of Your Man.” Herreman also worked with Prince on his movies, “Under The Cherry Moon,” and “Sign ‘o the Times – The Movie,” and music videos.
