SIU Carbondale- classes are canceled and offices are closed

SIU Carbondale classes are canceled and offices are closed all day today, Friday, Dec. 6, beginning at 6:30 a.m. This is an administrative closure.

Morris Library: open 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
Recreation Center: open until 9 p.m.
Student Center: open until 5 p.m. -  bowling open 11 a.m.-5 p.m. -  Starbucks, McDonalds and bookstore open until 4:30 p.m. - craft sale open as scheduled
Housing: dining services open regular hours - residence life staff on duty and desks open
Student Health Center: open until 4:30 p.m.

Other Weather-Related Changes:

Art Over Easy is being postponed to Saturday December 7, 2013 night at 7:00. The location is the same:Surplus Gallery at the Glove Factory.
