Employees honored for service, commitment

CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Southern Illinois University Carbondale Chancellor Rita Cheng recognized 354 employees for their service to the university in a ceremony and reception at the Student Center on Oct. 2.

The event recognized with 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 45 years of service to SIU Carbondale.  The employees have a combined total of 5,935 years of service to the University.  Eighty employees who retired also received recognition during the ceremony and reception.
