23rd Annual Undergraduate Art Show opens Nov. 9
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- It’s time for the Annual Undergraduate Art Show at the Southern Illinois University Carbondale Student Center.
Now in its 23rd year, the event is open to SIUC students only, and only undergraduates. Beyond that, any media is permitted. All work must, of course, be original to the artist.
A key date for the art show is Tuesday, Nov. 9, which is the drop-off for art, and also the pick-up day for works not selected. Artists should drop off their work in the Student Center Ballroom D from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pick-up for art that does not make the show selection is 4-5:30 p.m. of the same day. Artists may submit two entries each.
Art will be on display Nov. 9-Dec. 6.
The Student Programming Council’s Visual Arts Committee and the Student Center sponsor this event.
