Saluki Sweets now open in Student Center
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- A new eatery offering a variety of sweet treats is now open in Southern Illinois University Carbondale’s Student Center.
Saluki Sweets is a new concept from Student Center Dining. Located in the space formerly occupied by Freshens Energy Zone, the shop offers assorted frozen and baked treats including smoothies with fruity, mix and match flavors. In addition, there are soft pretzels, hard pack and soft serve ice cream and assorted ice cream concoctions as well as warm desserts including cobblers, bread pudding and funnel cakes.
