Flags lowered in honor of Patriot Day
Under a proclamation signed by Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn, the United States flag and the Illinois flag are to be at half-staff beginning at sunrise, Friday, Sept. 11, until sunset, Friday, Sept. 11, in honor of Patriot Day.
