Interim Southern Illinois University Carbondale Chancellor Samuel Goldman will deliver his inaugural State of the University address on Tuesday, Sept. 16, beginning at 2 p.m. Reporters, photographers and news crews are welcome to cover the speech, which will take place in the Student Center Ballrooms.
