SIU Evening at Ravinia Park set for July 18
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- The Chicagoland and Lake County Alumni Chapters invite all alumni, students, families and friends of Southern Illinois University Carbondale to attend the Inaugural SIU Evening at Ravinia Park in Highland Park.
On July 18, Salukis from the Chicagoland area are welcome to attend an outdoor concert featuring John Hiatt and the Ageless Beauties. Attendees are welcome to join fellow Salukis for a social at 6 p.m. followed by the outdoor concert at 8 p.m.
Tickets for this event are $20 per person for a lawn ticket. Children ages 10 and under are free. Guests should bring their own lawn chairs, blankets, food and beverages.
