Michigan alumni chapter to host dinner party
CARBONDALE, Ill. — The Greater Michigan Alumni Chapter of the SIU Alumni Association is hosting a dinner party on Saturday, Feb.10, in Utica, Mich. All SIUC alumni, students and friends are welcome to attend.
The dinner party will be at Dave and Busters Restaurant and Entertainment Facility beginning at 5:30 p.m. with a reception. At 6:05 p.m., the Salukis will face off against the Creighton Bluejays and all guests are invited to watch. Dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m., featuring mesquite barbeque, beef brisket, hickory-smoked beans, corn on the cob, potato salad, soft drinks and a cash bar.
Reservations are $25 per person and can be made by contacting the SIU Alumni Association at 618/453-2408 or by logging onto www.siualumni.com. Please reserve your space by Feb. 5.
