SIUC to offer food service sanitation course

This course is an important part of the training necessary for food service managers and personnel. Participants will study food-borne illnesses and how to prevent their transmission. This class will prepare participants for the Food Service Sanitation Certificate Examination, which will be given in class.

The fee for the course is $95 and includes all materials. The course will meet Saturdays, Aug. 19 and 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at SIUC, Pullium Hall, Room 119.
