Customer service seminar set for Feb. 16

CARBONDALE, Ill. -- The Division of Continuing Education at Southern Illinois University Carbondale is sponsoring a seminar aimed at businesses that want to improve customer service.

Participants will learn how to have a "great day" everyday, increasing customer loyalty by creating customer service satisfaction. They also will learn how their attitude affects customers and how to get along with co-workers.

Other benefits of this seminar include learning questioning techniques to clarify customer needs and professional, consistent telephone procedures. Participants also will learn the SUCCESS method to providing exceptional customer service.
