Michigan chapter plans Feb. 18 dinner party
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Alumni of Southern Illinois University Carbondale living near Utica, Mich., are invited to a dinner party Feb. 18. The Greater Michigan Chapter of the SIU Alumni Association is hosting the function.
Alumni and guests will gather for a 5:30 p.m. reception at Dave & Buster’s Restaurant and Entertainment Facility. Dinner follows at 7:30 p.m. The menu features mesquite barbecue, beef brisket, hickory smoked beans, corn-on-the-cob, soft drinks and a cash bar. Cost is $25 per person. Participants are invited to mingle with old friends and enjoy pool tables and arcade games.
