Redbirds-Salukis game available on the Internet
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Fans of Illinois State's football team can access a video Web cast of the Redbirds' game Saturday night, Oct. 15, against the Salukis from Southern Illinois University Carbondale's McAndrew Stadium.
Kick-off is at 6 p.m.
SIUC's Media & Communication Resources, in conjunction with Saluki Athletics and Mississippi River Radio, is offering Web casts of Saluki football and basketball games on a subscription basis. The Web casts include play-by-play by the long-time voice of the Salukis, Mike Reis.
Cost for the Web cast of Saturday night's match-up is $9.95. Fans should go to http://www.siuc.edu/, click on the Saluki Vision link and follow instructions to register for the Web casts. The Saluki Vision site lists the computer requirements necessary to receive the Web cast, including high-speed access via either a cable modem or DSL service.
