SIUC announces new location for student hearing
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- The Student Judicial Affairs hearing scheduled for 9 a.m. Friday, April 30, at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, has been moved from Woody Hall to the floor of the SIU Arena to accommodate all who wish to attend if the student requests an open hearing. Please be advised the student can also choose to close the proceeding to the public.
This is an administrative hearing, and although the process will be open for observation if the student chooses, participation will be limited to those directly involved in the process.
Those who are interested in attending the hearing are welcome. Recording devices, including television and still cameras, will not be allowed.
