Self-instructional language study available
CARBONDALE, Ill. -- If you vowed to learn another language this year, you'll love this. You may learn Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian or Spanish at your own pace.
Just sign up now for self-instructional language study, offered by the Division of Continuing Education at Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
Classes are $45 and provide access to multimedia computers and audio-visual tapes in the SIUC Language Laboratory.
It's a great way to enhance your travels or even your business ventures.
Providing continuing education opportunities is among the goals of Southern at 150, the blueprint for the development of the University by the time it celebrates its 150th anniversary in 2019.
